Sports Therapy

Helping you to move better, feel stronger and get back to the things you love.

Here to Support You

It Starts With How You Feel

Living with an injury, ongoing aches or discomfort can be frustrating, especially when it gets in the way of everyday life. Whether you’re recovering from injury or surgery, returning to exercise, or simply want to move more comfortably, we’re here to support you.

We’ll take the time to listen, understand how you’re feeling and what you’d like to improve. You don’t need to know what treatment you need — we’ll work that out together.

At Shine Sports Therapy we see the person, not just the problem. From your first consultation, you’ll feel listened to and supported as we find the right way forward for you.

How We Can Help

You don’t need to know which treatment is right for you before you come to Shine. Lauren will take the time to understand what’s going on, how it’s affecting you and what you’d like to achieve.

She can then draw on a range of treatments and rehabilitation techniques to create an approach that’s right for you.
