Welcome to Shine at The Hollies.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking and participation in any classes, workshops, treatments, memberships, retreats, teacher training, sports therapy services and other activities provided by Shine at The Hollies (“we”, “our” or “us”).
By booking or attending any of our services, or by using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Who We Are
Shine at The Hollies is operated by TLCo Ltd and provides yoga, Pilates, Reformer Pilates, sports therapy, wellbeing treatments, workshops and related services from The Hollies in Belper, Derbyshire.
Pilates Teacher Training is provided by Shine Yoga and Pilates Teacher Training Ltd.
Throughout these Terms, “Shine”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the relevant business providing the service you have booked.
Booking Our Services
Bookings may be made through our website, our booking platform, or directly with us.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment (where applicable) has been successfully received.
Certain services may require completion of additional registration forms before attendance.
Health Questionnaire & Waiver
For the safety of all participants, some services require you to complete a Health Questionnaire and Participant Waiver before attending.

Inform us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries or changes to your health.

Participation

Sports Therapy & Treatments
Sports therapy, massage and wellbeing treatments are provided by appropriately qualified practitioners.
Individual results will vary.
No treatment or therapy provided by Shine at The Hollies should be regarded as a substitute for medical advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Memberships
Memberships are subject to the individual membership terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Members are responsible for managing their own bookings and cancellations through the booking system where applicable.
Workshops, Courses & Retreats
Some workshops, courses and retreats may have additional booking conditions, payment schedules or cancellation policies.
Where applicable, these will be clearly communicated before booking.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
Prices are displayed at the time of booking and may change from time to time.
All prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse participation or terminate attendance where behaviour places other participants, instructors or staff at risk or causes serious disruption.
Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are brought onto our premises entirely at your own risk.
Shine at The Hollies accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.
Photography & Social Media
From time to time we may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
Where individuals are clearly identifiable, we will seek appropriate consent before using such images.
If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please let a member of our team know.

All content published on this website, including text, photographs, graphics and branding, remains the property of Shine at The Hollies unless otherwise stated.
