At Shine, in Belper, Derbyshire, we believe looking after yourself shouldn’t feel like another task on your to-do list. It should be something you genuinely look forward to. Whether you’re joining us for Yoga, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates or one of our wellbeing treatments, everything we offer is designed to help you move with greater confidence, feel stronger in everyday life and make time for yourself.

For many people, that first class is just the beginning. What starts as an hour each week often becomes a routine that leaves you feeling healthier, happier and connected to people who share the same desire to invest in their wellbeing.

Built Around People, Not Programmes

Founded by Tabitha and now co-owned alongside Lisa, Shine at The Hollies began with a simple idea: movement has the power to change how we feel — physically, mentally and emotionally.

What started as a handful of yoga classes has grown into a welcoming wellbeing space, shaped by the people who have walked through our doors and the community we’ve built together.

As Shine has grown, so has our vision. Alongside yoga and Pilates, we’ve welcomed Reformer Pilates and experienced wellbeing practitioners, bringing everything together in one peaceful place where you can care for your body and mind.

Our focus has always stayed the same — thoughtful classes, experienced teachers and creating a space where everyone feels recognised, supported and inspired to keep coming back.
